Midwest Women’s Mountain Bike Clinic 2009

Conquering Castlewood

Sunday I participated in my first true race. Along with a co-worker, Joe, we completed Conquer Castlewood. This event is a smaller adventure race where we canoed on the Meramec, mountain biked 6 miles, and ran 4 miles.

Team Revolution teams up with the Wheels Can Take Me Places Project

In March and April, the ladies of Team Revolution sponsored a “Fix a Flat and Fuel” drive to benefit the “Wheels Can Take Me Places” Project.
