RIDE DESCRIPTIONS
Easy Rollers | These rides are great if you:
+ want to go about 10-12 mph (or have no idea because you don't have a computer on your bike)
+ ride "flat pedals"
+ haven't ridden a bike since grade school (and it didn't have gears)
+ have been riding for a while and want to try out a higher level bike and equipment
+ want a friendly, casual ride that doesn't wipe you out
+ have a sweet cruiser/townie bike and it's gathering dust

Steady Rollers | These rides are great if you:
+ want to go about 10-14 mph
+ have flat or clipless pedals
+ ride a hybrid for fitness
+ want a friendly, casual ride that doesn't wipe you out
+ want to build your fitness on your new (or newly cleaned) road bike

High Rollers | These rides are great if you:
+ want to go about 14-17 mph
+ have clipless pedals or ride flat ones pretty fast
+ have a good fitness base
+ building fitness and looking for a group that will push you
+ have a road bike (or are fast on your hybrid)

Rock-n-Rollers | These rides are great if you:
+ want to go over 18 mph
+ have clipless pedals
+ have a road bike
+ have a very strong fitness base
+ building fitness and looking for a group that will push you
+ are thinking about competing and want to test/improve your stamina>
