TEAM REVOLUTION ELITE RACE TEAM
Team Revolution's St. Louis based non-profit cycling education and advocacy group shares the bike love with its elite women's pro-level team of the same name. Team Revolution's elite team has commanded national attention at professional races across the US. In 2009, the team expects to travel to 18 states to compete in 52 races that are part of 27 different events.
Our local club aims to encourage our members' active participation in the broader cycling community, and members of the elite race team demonstrate their commitment to this broader goal. All race team members work closely with the club team throughout the year, and we are fortunate to benefit from their support, experience and knowledge. Come out with us to local races to cheer on the women who inspire us both on and off the bike.

Casual Clothing + Training Wear: Icebreaker
To survive his extreme mountain environment, the New Zealand merino has a thin coat in summer and a heavy coat in winter. If his coat didn't breathe in summer, he'd die of heat exhaustion. If his coat didn't insulate in winter, he'd die of cold. Icebreaker has translated this miracle all-weather fibre into a clothing system that gives people the same freedom to push their limits in the outdoors. Icebreaker merino forms a buffer zone around your body, keeping you at an ideal temperature in all climates and conditions. It's also lightweight, odour- resistant and soft against the skin – all qualities that will help you to perform at your peak.
Shoes: Northwave
Northwave is providing Team Revolution with the Devine SBS road shoe specifically designed for a women's foot. The special construction of the upper adapts to every shape of foot and wraps around it evenly. With the new composite carbon sole, the Devinemodel is a highly technical product that can satisfy the needs of the most demanding cyclists. Its design is distinguished by the toe, which serves as an air inlet that conveys air inside the shoe.
Sunglasses: Tifosi
Tifosi Optics, Inc. was founded in the fall of 2003 after Tifosi Optics President Joe Earley noticed a need for a technologically-advanced, value-oriented eyewear brand in the optics market. Tifosi Optics currently has more than 3,000 U.S. retailers and distributes in 32 countries worldwide.

Elete was launched in response to an unanswered need within the marketplace when they recognized that no other electrolyte-replacement formula on the market offered a method to allow athletes to add a complete balance of electrolytes to their water bottle or hydration system. Elete is the only electrolyte in its class athletes can add to their hydration system or water bottle that allows them to replace all of the electrolytes they lose during activity while maintaining complete control over the amount of carbs they consume.
Team Revolution uses Elete's unique electrolyte-replacement system for all its hydration needs. Elete also acts as the elite team's water bottle sponsor.
