FROSTBIKE 2010 MOUNTAIN BIKE!!
February 2010/Castlewood State Park/9:00am /$50 Registration and info coming soon. Note the start time is different from the road series.
ONLINE registration closes on February 4th(!). Register before then to save $10 on registration costs. There are no additional fees for online registration.
TECHNIQUE DEVELOPMENT CLINIC / February 6, 2010/Centocor/1:00pm /$15 (for members) Lots of learning packed into 2 hours (1pm-3pm). Learn techniques indoors that will help you outdoors!
In this experiential trainer based clinic you will learn appropriate pedal stroke, general position on the bike, how to address/alleviate common on the bike ailments, how to keep moving when you legs say "No more!", and much much more!
Carrie Cash (Pro Racer, Team Revolution founder and our instructor) , will provide general instruction as well as 1:1 feedback during this clinic.
Cost is $15 for Members, $20 for Nonmembers. Trainers available for rent for the clinic for $5 but you must prearrange with Stephanie. Rental is first come first serve, as the number of trainers is limited.

Additional information:
Get there at 12:30 to set up your trainer and get ready to go at 1pm
Bring: Trainer, bike, shoes, shorts/jersey or T, Water bottle or two, towel for face and an old towel for the floor under your trainer.

Come learn valuable information about fixes you can make on the fly. We’ll also cover a few advanced maintenance techniques for keeping your bike in good shape. There will be complementary snacks and beverages, too! Your bike will love you for it.
